The grand finale brings together five male finalists—Azzam Sham, Usop, Qody Rany, Dinie Rashid, and Fadh Majid—for the decisive Ultimatum challenge. Each contestant performs two contrasting songs, one energetic and one slower, to demonstrate vocal versatility and artistic maturity. Azzam Sham performs Bruno Mars's "Grenade" and Siti Nurhaliza's "Aku Bidadari Syurgamu," while Usop delivers "Arjuna" and "Peluang Kedua." Qody Rany performs "Aladin" and "Bukan Dia Tapi Aku," with Dinie Rashid and Fadh Majid completing the competition. Guest judge Misha Omar joins the regular panel, and Elly Mazlein returns as President Netizen. After the final evaluations and audience voting, Azzam Sham is crowned champion with 67.85% of the judges' marks, winning RM100,000 and a trophy. Usop finishes second, followed by Qody Rany, Dinie Rashid, and Fadh Majid.
