The competition becomes increasingly unpredictable as ten contestants face the Cannot Brain theme, challenging them to perform songs outside their usual musical styles. Han-Byul surprises audiences with "Yang Sedang Sedang Saja," Santesh performs the Korean hit "Gangnam Style," Dinda Permata presents "Dhoom Machale," and Neeta sings the Mandarin classic "Wo Yao Ni De Ai." Guest judge Yusry Abdul Halim joins Siti Nurhaliza and Cakra Khan to assess the contestants' versatility, creativity, and stage presence. The unusual performances produce mixed reactions, and a double elimination concludes the evening. Syada Amzah and Chaleeda Gilbert are eliminated, leaving eight competitors to continue into the quarterfinal.
