The fourth concert introduces Baby Bash, a nostalgic challenge requiring contestants to perform songs associated with their birth years. Azzam Sham sings "Mengintai Dari Tirai Kamar," Usop performs "Bukan Ku Tak Sudi," Yamani Abdillah presents "Mimpi Laila," and Nana Sheme delivers No Doubt's "Don't Speak." Guest judge Joe Flizzow joins the judging panel, while Elly Mazlein serves as President Netizen. The concert takes an emotional turn when Sandra Dianne is unable to participate following a serious road accident, prompting the production team to temporarily excuse her from the competition. Yamani Abdillah is subsequently eliminated after receiving the lowest audience vote among the bottom-ranked contestants, leaving eight active singers and Sandra's participation unresolved.
