Mogul fears that French industrialist Paul Boulet, whose firm controls most of its French filling stations, is about to sell up. Brian Stead asks Peter Thornton to investigate, while Willy Izard discovers that Jean-Paul Valois, who runs Boulet's company, has drawn him into a scheme that makes him look like an accomplice to fraud. The pair set off to track down Boulet aboard his yacht in Malta.
