When Miss Mallard and Willard's rickshaw accidentally hits a pedestrian, events unfold which throw Hong Kong into chaos. Typhoon warnings cause havoc at the ferry terminal. Traffic is brought to a standstill in the middle of the city. A restaurant is cut loose in the harbor. But all are part of an elaborate plot to steal a famous jade necklace on display at a museum.
